Machine-readable identification
 

Modern logistics requires reliable, process-controlled identification. Marking components in accordance with manufacturer-specific standards and criteria is therefore a matter of course for us.

As with all our other manufacturing processes, we have a comprehensive range of technologies at our disposal. We select the most appropriate process based on the material, surface and reading technology, such as Data Matrix or QR codes.

Mechanical methods such as dot-peen marking or stamp embossing are applied before surface finishing, while laser and chemical marking take place after the component has been manufactured. Engraving and screen printing are particularly suitable for rules, scales and identifiers.
