Joining technology offers numerous solutions and processes that greatly simplify assembly. The different systems generally require specific tools and machinery.
We use all standard technologies, including riveting, TOX joining, clinching and press fitting. But with our in-house toolmaking capabilities, we can also respond flexibly to special requirements.
 

A special press enables us to run process-reliable operations, which can be fully automated when necessary. Its patented concept and our proprietary system controls make it suitable for every process and batch size.

Adhesive bonding has also become an established joining method and offers many advantages over the alternatives. Adhesive manufacturers have addressed requirements such as temperature resistance and suitability for coating. We have the necessary equipment and experience for these processes as well.
