The components Blechdesign offers its customers include welded structures, formed parts that have to be produced with specific tools, and assemblies that require special fixtures for their manufacture.
 

We design these aids based on factors such as the planned production volume, the processes to be used, the material, component dimensions and weight, and many other considerations. The tool concept is defined during the feasibility analysis that we carry out as part of the costing process.

During production planning, your project lead then designs the fixtures and tools required to manufacture the components. The fact that this specialist also performs the practical work has many advantages. Giving one person central responsibility for your component means that they see the outcome of their own strategy directly, allowing them to expand their expertise even further.
