From steel and stainless steel to aluminium and copper, we are highly experienced in welding every type of metal. We are just as well versed in the various soldering processes used for metal joints.

We have the equipment required for both joining methods. Our capabilities include TIG welding, MAG / MIG welding and resistance welding using spot-welding equipment. The latter can be used not only to join sheet metal, but also to weld on standard elements such as weld nuts (DIN 928/929).

The same principle is used in stud welding. System manufacturers offer a wide variety of fastening studs, and we have the necessary equipment in-house to weld these studs into place.

If our standard positioning systems or the component geometry are insufficient to position the elements, we manufacture individual holding fixtures. Their design factors in whether the welding process will be performed manually or automatically by a robot.

Our certified qualifications in this field allow us to carry out non-destructive testing in-house, which is particularly relevant for initial sample inspection documentation.
