Laser Machining

Laser cutting has long been established in metalworking. For many years, we have used it to produce cut parts in a wide variety of geometries for our customers. From wall art to 3D puzzle figures, this technology places virtually no limits on creativity.

In addition to metals, we also use lasers to machine plastics and organic materials such as wood. We can process areas of up to 1,500 x 3,000 mm and material thicknesses of up to approximately 20 mm depending on the material.

We primarily use our flat-bed laser to cut the blanks calculated for subsequent bending. Prefabricated sheet metal structures and formed components are then trimmed in three dimensions using our 3D laser. This method improves dimensional accuracy, particularly when the precise blank geometry cannot be determined in advance.

Our rotary laser system cuts geometries, apertures and lettering into closed tubes and open profiles up to 400 mm in diameter. The machined workpieces are then cut to length with the required contour.

Our fully automated laser marking machine marks all coated and uncoated metals with identifiers such as Data Matrix or QR codes and can also produce rules, scales and other markings.
