Using outstanding press brakes from leading manufacturers and an extensive range of tooling, we can produce any bend. Our large stock of tool blanks enables us to manufacture dies for special shapes, beads or embossing cost-effectively – and with extremely fast response times of just a few hours.

From the smallest spring made of high-strength precision foil and a 20 mm-thick sheet metal bracket made of fine-grained steel to profiled sheet up to 3,000 mm long, we manufacture every conceivable bent component for you.

Blechdesign uses proprietary automation solutions on its press brakes. This enables us to process even the smallest batch sizes more economically. Our modular concept means that these operations can be easily combined with preceding and subsequent manufacturing stages. We monitor dimensional accuracy using tactile and optical methods to ensure process reliability at all times.
